Biography: 

Neil brings over 35 years of software engineering and programming experience, including 20 years at Unisys Corp.; 7 years at Datacard Corp.; 10 years at Guidant/Boston Scientific. His most recent position was Principle Software Test Engineer at Boston Scientific; retired in 2013.

Most recent position was Software Test lead designer, process owner, and domain trainer in the Cardiac, Rhythm and Vascular Division of Boston Scientific. Responsibilities included designing and running automated tests for software used by cardiologists and electrophysiologists in connection with cardiac implantable devices. The environment included extensive GUI systems as well as real-time embedded software. Much time was spent making sure the written requirements were correct, and the tests and application releases matched those requirements. Agile and Incremental Development was the development and testing framework.
